Service Description
*January 2025 start!* Mondays 11.30am at Chislehurst Methodist Church. Tiny Shoots - Baby Massage classes are suitable for babies from 6/8 weeks to 6m or when baby is on the move. Tiny Shoots is a progressive baby massage course where we will add a different part of the body to the massage routine each week, leading to a full body massage routine for baby. Classes are age appropriate and baby led, starting off gently and adding songs, basic baby yoga moves and sensory play as the course progresses, when babies are able to handle more stimulation. Baby massage is a fantastic way to bond with your baby while learning to respond to their cues and easing symptoms of common baby complaints such as teething, colic and indigestion. It is proven to improve baby sleep, can reduce crying and also supports baby's body awareness. Tiny Seeds - Baby Massage is there to support you in the early weeks and months with your baby and there will be time to chat with other parents and share advice. WhatsApp group is created, so you can continue to get to know each other outside of class too. Classes are held at Chislehurst Methodist Church, Prince Imperial Road, BR7 5XL, Mondays 11.30am from 6th January to 10th of February 2025 for a 6 week term. However in the unlikely event that this is not possible, it is especially important that we have your current contact details and you inform us of any changes, so we can contact you.
